The Challenge

Organizing a wedding involves hundreds of details, suppliers, budgets and tasks, and most of the solutions on the market are either too complicated or not adapted to the Romanian context.

The founders of LovPlan.ro wanted an easy-to-use application with a pleasant and intuitive interface, dedicated to the Romanian public.

Our mission was to create a mobile-first web applicationthat integrates all the essential functions for planning, but remains clear and airy. All in an MVP quickly testable by real users.

Construction process

We worked closely with the founders to set the MVP's priorities:

• Guest List
• Providers section

We started with fast wireframes, then we created in Figma a sleek, mobile-optimized UI — designed to create a calm, not stressful experience.

• We have built a complete visual system that is coherent and easy to expand.
• We have used responsive components and adapted to touch interactions on mobile.
• We have prototyped all the key screens: onboarding, dashboard, adding tasks, budget view, etc.

On the implementation side, we have developed an MVP that works as a web application, optimized for mobile, but also accessible from the desktop. It has been tested internally and prepared for testing with real users.
